As a very successful established driving school, we are always on the lookout for fully Approved Driving Instructors (ADI’s) to join our Team.

If you are thinking of joining a driving school, we have a number of options and Flexible packages to suit individual needs. 1st Choice Driving School can offer fully fledged franchise, including a fully expensed car, marketing backup, business/appointment cards and of course new pupils. We can also offer option of "Pupil Only" scheme (£49 per week) or pay as you go (commission charged per pupil). By joining our driving school, you will have full back up support and the following benefits:

Franchise Fee: Can be paid weekly, monthly or payment can be taken for every referral – Which helps you to budget your business expenses efficiently.

Online Booking System: We have an up to date Online diary/Booking System to enable both pupils and our contact staff to manage bookings/payments on your behalf.

Advertising: Running campaigns on local radio stations, presence on leading search engines such as google, as well as maintaining a social media presence on outlets such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, in order to attract new business for you.
